The All-American Hotdog Gang, or AAHG, is a team of fictional superheroes whose adventures have been published by ID Comics.
The All-American Hotdog Gang was created, by accident, as the result of one of the innumerable bizarre and unexplainable experiments of Dr. Natthew A.P. Tarte. For reasons unknown, Dr. Tarte stole a Hot Dog Vendor cart, and filled it with Hotdogs he had soaked in mysterious chemicals. He then left the cart in plain view and ran away. When he was later interrogated by the Terror Troupe, Dr. N.A.P.T. stated he had forgotten the formula he used. The cart was discovered by a group of young children, who broke into it and consumed the tainted hotdogs. Through some means not yet understood, the altered foodstuffs dramatically changed the children's biological makeup, granting them bizarre and wonderful powers. However, these powers came at a price: None of the children age at all, mentally or physically. But they don't seem to mind.
- Jeff has the power of flight.
- Tony can control electronic data.
- Travis is an expert marksman with a slingshot.
- Grayson can transform himself into a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
'The All-American Hotdog Gang' was the first series launched under the children's imprint of ID comics, 'kID'.
